WE REQUIRE 24 HOURS NOTICE OF SCHEDULE CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS.
BE SURE TO CHECK WITH YOUR ARTIST OR FRONT DESK VIA PHONE.
WITH PROPER NOTICE DEPOISTS WILL REMAIN VALID AND APPLIED TO
FUTURE APPOINTMENTS. THIS APPLIES ONLY IF THE FOLLOWING
APPOINTMENT IS BOOKED WITHIN 2 MONTHS OF THE CLIENT’S LAST
ATTENDED APPOINTMENT.
DEPOSITS WILL EXPIRE AFTER 2 MONTHS OF TRANSACTION DATE.
RESCHEDULED APPOIINTMENTS MUST BE DONE OVER THE PHONE DURING BUSINESS HOURS. PHONE MESSAGES AFTER HOURS OR EMAILS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
DEPOSITS WILL BE SUBJECT TO FORFEIT IF THESE REQUIREMENTS ARE NOT MET.
IN THE EVENT OF A LAST-MINUTE CANCELLATION, SCHEDULE CHANGE,
OR CHANGE OF HEART THE DEPOSIT WILL BECOME FORFEIT.
DEPOSITS RECIEVED BY THE ARTISTS GO TOWARDS TOTAL COST OF
THE TATTOO, UNLESS DEPOSIT POLICY IS NOT FOLLOWED BY CLIENT.
IF YOU ARE UNDER THE AGE OF 18 AND FAIL TO LET US KNOW BEFORE THE
APPOINTMENT IS MADE YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEIT.
ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS ON DEPOSITS, TATTOOS, OR ANY SERVICE WE PROVIDE, RETAIL OR ANY MERCHANDISE.
